Flawless Moissanite is an online retailer specialising in Moissanite jewellery. They focus on supplying sustainable, ethical and affordable jewellery.  They operate in a highly competitive market competing against established, well-known brands like Charles and Colvard and Brilliant Earth.

The Brief

The client brief was clear – to build their online presence and drive sales.

Ensuring we fully understand the client’s vision and overall aim is the first step in working together. We performed a thorough website audit, learning as much about the business and their products as possible.

The client wanted to be the go-to brand for couples getting engaged. We started building a plan to ensure they’d stand out from other moissanite and lab-grown diamond online jewellers and hit their optimum audience.

Our Strategy

After an extensive review of their existing advertising campaigns we created a plan to restructure the account to focus on specific products whilst increasing exposure for other products that were not getting any impressions or clicks.

We also undertook competitive industry research. Once we were clear on what our client wanted to achieve and what the hurdles are, we put together a clear strategy, using our experience, creating a specifically tailored plan.
